Only on auction for 24 more hours! Beach Memories: I've applied acrylic paint, mixed with a sand medium, very heavily with a palette knife. The colors are beach sand, aqua, deep blue, soft mauve and sea foam green. Applied in the paint are authentic Italian tesserae vitreous glass mosaic tiles (2 sizes), pearlized glass beads, and tumbled glass. The tiles are beautiful colored glass in deep blues, mauve, sea foam green that are laced with metallic coppers and golds. The turtles are hand sculpted by me using wire foam and have been gold foiled with variegated copper and silver. This piece has a real sculptural quality to it. Beach Memories link to auction.
